Divine Allure New Clients
Must book under the Divine Allure “New Client” tab. If I haven’t serviced you before or haven’t serviced you in 4 +months you’re considered a “New Client”. New clients can book “ Natural Hair Treatments add ons also”
Divine Allure Returning ClientsClients I service every 4 months or sooner if you are not a returning client your appointment will be canceled.
Please detangle your hair PRIOR to visit to make sure your hair is knot and tangle free. If your hair is taken out of an protective style (wig install, braids, twists, etc) please make sure your hair is glue/product free and you are able to comb through your hair COMPLETELY. FAILURE to do so will be an UPCHARGE OR CANCELLATION of appointment.

Leave out/Lace-Closure/Microlinks/I-Tips appointment cut off for this service is 5pm any later appointment will be charged an "Late Night" Appointment fee.
Color services drop offs (3-5 days) so it can be prepared before your appointment. If you bring it in the day of or less then the days required, an additional $50 will be added to your total.
-Please make sure your extensions are clean, dry, and free from thread & product. $25 fee for bundles that need to be cleaned. Same fee applies to pre-cut wefts by another hairstylist.
Unexpected things may happen so please take the time to cancel or reschedule your appointment before 24 hours of your appointment time or the schedule will not allow you are allowed to reschedule.*YOU'RE ONLY ALLOWED 1 RESCHEDULE BEFORE NEEDING TO BOOK A NEW APPOINTMENT WITH A NEW DEPOSIT
In the confirmation email you will be able to click on a button where you can cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please remember that you are responsible for canceling and rescheduling your OWN appointment and this obligation is your sole responsibility. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours you will be considered as an No Call, No Show. No Call, No Show appointment will be subject to a penalty charge of the full service price to the credit card on file.

No children allowed in the salon, unless they are being serviced. I service kids 8 years of age and older.THEY WILL PAY THE SAME PRICE LISTED.
There is a 10 min grace period for all appointments. If you arrive more than 10 mins late, your appointment is canceled upon the discretion of the stylist.
Keep in mind that my schedule can be thrown off by clients for various of reasons so please DO NOT book me when you know you have a time sensitive day.
